Risk and opportunity analysis of transnational merger and acquisition
Abstract: Development of large and medium-sized enterprises in our country is to be solved in the operation of market economy, as the development of industry of our country, the development of large and medium-sized enterprises to improve business performance and to maintain rapid and stable growth of national economy is of important significance. While the merger is a form of enterprise development and expansion of the transnational M & A, can effectively improve the international competitiveness of large and medium-sized enterprises. Starting from the current status of the development of large and medium-sized electronics of enterprises, to Lenovo's acquisition of IBM as a case study, from a financial perspective analysis summarizes the present large and medium-sized enterprises transnational M & A risks and opportunities, according to the cross-border M & A on the development of large and medium-sized electronic business impact, combined with their own professional knowledge, given the relevant suggestions.
