论我国宪法实施的现状及其改革

摘要

宪法是我国的根本大法，宪法如果得不到实施，其余的一切都是空谈，所以，宪法制定之后要通过有效途径得到实施才可以，但是，我国目前的宪法实施存在较大的问题。所以如何根据我国宪法实施的现状找到其有效的改革措施成了当前面临的重要问题。

Abstract

The constitution is the law of our country, the constitution if not carried out, the rest is all talk, so, after the constitution can be implemented through effective way, however, there is a big problem of implementation of the constitution in our country at present. Therefore, how to find the effective reform measures according to the present situation of China's constitution is an important issue.
