网络侵权中关于著作权侵权法律问题研究

摘要

随着网络信息技术和产业的迅速普及，现有的著作权制度和著作权理论面临着前所未有的考验和挑战。这一冲突能否得到妥善解决，对于我国信息产业的健康发展与公民个人的权利保障都至关重要。本文试图结合有关法律法规及著作权的相关知识，对有关网络作品著作权侵权问题加以阐释分析，并针对相关问题提出相应的解决方案。

关键词：网络侵权；网络著作权；侵权责任

Abstract

With the rapid development of network information technology and industry, the existing copyright system and copyright theory are facing unprecedented challenges. This conflict can be properly resolved, for the healthy development of China's information industry and the protection of the rights of individual citizens are essential. This paper attempts to combine the relevant laws and regulations and the relevant knowledge of copyright, to analyze and explain the copyright infringement of the network works, and puts forward the relevant solutions to the related problems.
