    近年来，伴随经济、文化的迅猛发展，人口的日益增多，拐卖人口犯罪特别是拐卖儿童犯罪呈现出日益猖獗，儿童的拐卖事件不仅给儿童本身和其家庭带来不幸，也为社会和民众带来巨大的伤害。失踪儿童日益增多，拐卖儿童屡禁不止，成为影响社会稳定的一个重大不安定因素。更让人无法容忍的是某些犯罪分子甚至强迫被拐来的孩子去从事卖淫、沿街乞讨、贩毒等违法活动。导致被拐卖儿童身心受到严重摧残，更严重的会发生因为孩子被拐卖而导致家庭破碎，对社会的安定和谐造成了巨大的伤害。本文简要对拐卖儿童的法律现状以及犯罪因素进行分析，并针对相关问题提出相应的建议，希望能为在杜绝贩卖儿童现象方面提供一定的借鉴意义。
