环境信访的缺陷与改善探究(1)

摘要

目前，就环境信访制度而言，它有着自身的中国社会主义的特色，其政治与环保色彩较浓，对于社会而言，它在社会管理中发挥着较为重要的作用，可能引发不同的社会问题。就现阶段发展而言，如何解决环境问题、信访问题以及环境信访制度问题，并更好地实现社会的持续发展，对于未来而言，有着较为和总要的现实价值。为此，将环境信访纳入法治化的轨道，实现环境信访的法治化，将是未来环境发展的重要方式。

Abstract

At present,the environmental petition system has a self characteristics of socialist in China.The political and environmental protection color is thick for the society.The social management will play a more important role,and may lead to the different social problems. Now,how we can solve the problem of environment and petition system environment will inffect the social sustainable development for the future.To this end, the environmental petition and the legalization will have an important way of the development in the future.
