摘  要

本文主要对信用卡诈骗罪进行了阐述。全文分为五个部分，第一部分为前言，从现状、背景以及意义方面对研究进行了阐述；然后，我们从基本理论出发，对诈信用卡骗罪的定义、类型以及特征进行了认知；从信用卡诈骗罪的主体以及客体两个方面研究了信用卡诈骗罪的构成要素；接着，对信用卡诈骗罪司法认定中存在的问题进了阐述，在总结亦有理论基础上提出自己的观点；最后，从四个方面来提出预防信用卡诈骗罪的措施。

Abstract

This paper mainly expatiates on the crime of credit card fraud. This paper is divided into five parts, the first part is the introduction, from the current situation, background and significance are described in research; then, we start from the basic theory, the definition of the crime of credit card fraud cheat, types and characteristics of the two elements of cognition; the subject from the crime of credit card fraud and the object of the crime of credit card fraud; then, the credit card fraud exists in judicial cognizance of crime problems described in summary are also presented based on the theory of their own point of view; finally, to put forward the prevention of the crime of credit card fraud measures from four aspects.
